Even when a company does everything right internally, public commitment, board-level reform, dedicated task forces, internal reporting is insufficient. 33% of Rio Tinto employees who reported bullying experienced negative consequences as a result of reporting. And nearly half of Rio Tinto’s global workforce had experienced bullying.

Choose Your Plan & Register →Any concern an employee doesn’t feel safe raising internally — bullying, harassment, discrimination, fraud, misconduct, sexual harassment, safety issues, policy breaches. Employees can report anonymously if they choose. We receive it, assess it, and get it to the right person without internal politics or relationships getting in the way.
We have a pay as you go system. If you receive more reports than your plan includes, we will let you know and you can choose to either pay per report or purchase additional reports in bulk (3, 5, or 10).
Emverio will receive the reports with a trauma informed approach. Serious matters are escalated immediately to your nominated contacts. Investigations are available on request as a separate engagement.
EWC provides receipt, triage, and escalation. Where a matter requires formal investigation, we can arrange this as a separate engagement. We know what serious looks like — and we’ll tell you when you need it.
We’ll provide you with template policy wording that you can drop straight into your Code of Conduct, Whistleblower Policy, or Workplace Behaviour Policy. It covers the basics: that Emverio is an authorised independent recipient, how employees can contact us, and that reports are confidential unless consent is given. You’ll also receive an electronic QR code to share with your team.
ASIC, Fair Work Commission, and Safe Work Australia all offer free template policies and other useful resources to help you meet your compliance obligations.

Confidentiality and consent:
Emverio will receive your report using a trauma informed approach. No information will be shared with [Organisation name] without your consent, unless required by law or to prevent serious harm. You may choose to remain anonymous.
Best practice: We recommend making our contact details public-facing on your website. This ensures compliance with ASIC whistleblowing legislation and reflects best industry practice, as reports can be made by consultants, family members, and others who may not work at your organisation or have easy access to your policies.
No. EWC is an addition to your existing processes, not an alternative. Most concerns resolve internally. We’re here for the ones that don’t, and for the people who need an independent pathway to feel safe enough to speak up. Where a concern is already being managed internally, we’ll reinforce that message, giving employees confidence the system works.
