Anna Faoagali is the Founder and Principal of Emverio Workplace Complaints, an Australian owned and operated business.
Anna has been mediating since 2000 and has been a nationally accredited mediator since 2009. She founded Emverio in 2015. Today the practice serves organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
Anna holds a Master of Legal Practice, Skills and Ethics from Monash University and Bachelor degrees in Law and Commerce from Griffith University. Her early career included roles at the Energy and Water Ombudsman (VIC), the Anti-Discrimination Commission QLD, and both state and federal Ombudsman offices, where she led and conducted conciliations, investigations, and triaged complaints.
Recognising that traditional consultancy methods often fell short, Anna developed Emverio’s unique methodology to ensure both employers and employees are supported through structured, fair processes, delivering resolutions that provide clarity and optimism.
Anna and her team have conducted numerous investigations and mediations for multinational corporations, government bodies, and community organisations across Australia and abroad. Today, they partner with companies to provide robust complaint reporting frameworks through their external complaints and whistleblowing service.

Anna founded Emverio Workplace Complaints at the request of her clients, and personally oversees every report submitted. She has led conciliations and triaged complaints at state and federal levels across multidisciplinary teams for over twenty years, and is an AMDRAS Advanced Mediator.
Legal Information and Referral Consultant
Joselle provides legal information and referral across Emverio’s workplace mediation, complaints and investigation services. A lawyer qualified in the Philippines, she is the friendly, organised voice clients hear from first enquiry to booking.
Finance and Accounts
Judith manages invoicing, billing and accounts for Emverio’s three businesses, keeping statements clear and accurate. She answers client account questions promptly and keeps invoicing on track from first enquiry to final payment.
