Whistleblower Reporting Service

An independent channel for disclosures that may qualify for protection under the Corporations Act. Whistleblower laws protect people who speak up about serious wrongdoing. They work best when people have somewhere safe and independent to go.

What we do

Emverio Workplace Complaints receives disclosures, triages them, and passes them to your nominated contact. We do not investigate disclosures ourselves, and a discloser's identity is shared only with their consent or where the law allows.

01

We receive the disclosure

By phone, email or online form, including anonymously.

02

We check what kind of matter it is

Whether it looks like a whistleblower disclosure or a personal work related grievance, and we explain the difference to the discloser.

03

We protect identity

Records are kept securely in Australia.

04

We report to your eligible recipient

A clear report with recommended next steps.

05

We help with your policy

Subscribers get suggested policy wording naming Emverio as an external recipient.

Which laws might apply to you
