Anna Faoagali is the founder and owner of Emverio Workplace Solutions, an Australian-owned and operated business.
Anna holds a Master of Laws from Monash University and Bachelor degrees in Law and Commerce from Griffith University. Her early career included roles at the Energy and Water Ombudsman (VIC), the Anti-Discrimination Commission QLD, and both state and federal Ombudsman offices, where she led and conducted conciliations, investigations, and triaged complaints.
Recognising that traditional consultancy methods often fell short, Anna developed Emverio’s unique methodology to ensure both employers and employees are supported through structured, fair processes – delivering resolutions that provide clarity and optimism.
Anna and her team have conducted numerous investigations and mediations for multinational corporations, government bodies, and community organisations across Australia and abroad. Today, they partner with companies to provide robust complaint reporting frameworks through their external complaints and whistleblowing service.
Anna is committed to ensuring her team feels valued and respected — an ethos reflected in their extraordinary results and the consistently positive feedback they receive. The team thrives by directing their own workload, engaging in transparent communication, and aligning personal values with our shared purpose.
