We are a private complaints service and receive complaints / concerns on behalf of workplaces who partner with us to do this.
If the workplace you are complaining about, is not a member with us, we can provide you with information and referral resources to assist you. We can contact the workplace on your behalf with your consent, as a matter of courtesy.
We provide multiple points of contact to receive complaints; phone, email, online, we can meet in person, and we can also receive anonymous complaints.
We triage and assess the information we receive and make recommendations about; type of concern, strategies to manage it (if required) and / or whether it meets the criteria of a whistleblower disclosure.
We will either refer the complainant (person complaining) back to the workplaces internal processes (Enquiry – low seriousness complaints) and provide them with support and / or referrals. Or (if the matter is serious or likely to escalate) notify and work with a higher level within the workplace (RHL).
